  I kid you not, me and my mother were sitting for a good 25 minutes before a server came to our table. It wasn't busy at all on a Sunday evening around 5:30 (they close at 9) on the patio. Before we got to the patio we walked through this den like room that children were laying in, paper was everywhere and you really couldn't distinguish whether you were at a hair salon lobby or a restaurant. Me and my mother had to question ourselves like are we even in the right place..? But, the server was so nice and accommodating, they were out of two things we wanted. The lemonade was fresh and the bomb and tops Chik- fil- a and any other place known for its lemonade. Food was amazing. Unfortunately, it did take nearly 40 minutes to come out. I don't understand. If it didn't look so out of order inside and had we been serviced earlier, I  would definitely give 4 stars.

  So where do I begin, let's start with the garbage can which was in my immediate line of sight. All wrong. The service could improve dramatically as well, no fault of the waitress. The table was seriously a liability, nearly coming off the base and majorly unleveled. My friend was cut on something sharp on the seat, did I say liability!!!! The two star is for the hookah and potential of the place.  Major overhaul needed ASAPif they want to attract good patrons.

  Visited here on Halloween and decided to order some food after I saw "try our salmon croquets" advertised inside. I ordered them and was informed by our waitress that they were out of them so I decided to order lobster Mac and cheese and lemon pepper wings instead. 20 minutes after placing my order, it still hadn't arrived and we were sitting right by the cooks so I asked them how much longer it would be and they informed me that they hadn't received that order from our waitress. We brought the issue to the attention of our waitress and she said that there was a miscommunication and our order was put in. It then took about 20 more minutes to receive our food, but at about this time, the restaurant was closing, the dj had finished up and staff were cleaning up so we were sitting there eating in an empty restaurant because of a mistake by our waitress.
  
  As far as the food goes, the lemon pepper wings were very good and I ordered an "American mule" which I enjoyed. The lobster Mac was mediocre and I expected more Mac and cheese for $18. I also ordered a shot of tequila which cost over $11... overall the food is okay, but I feel it is overpriced and the service sucked. I would have never received any food if I had not asked the cook about my order.

  This place is awful!! The place was empty and I see why. I was served some grits with raw shrimp on top. When I sent them back, the cook yelled out "this is cooked! You just want them burnt". I told the waiter I didn't was the food anymore and walked out and the waiter yelled out "she didn't pay!" So not only did I not get accused of not paying for my food, I was served raw shrimp on top of my grits .. Keep your money and run..

  I wish there was a way to give no stars.
  
  This is literally the worst place I've ever been in my life.
  
  I worked here for about 2 months the owner is evil. She steals from everyone's check, she's always complaining that liquor is missing at the end of the night and charges everyone.
  
  1. If you're looking to make quick money as a waitress this is not the place. Look again!!! Even if you make a little money off the terrible tips because the place is pretty empty. The owner Joyce will charge you so much by the end of the night that you pretty much go home with nothing.
  
  2. The food and hookahs are Overpriced. No one wears a hairnet.  The bartenders touch the lemons and fruits they garnish the drinks with, with their filthy hands. I've never seen a bartender wash their hands and they Handle money all night. (Use the tongs, what are they there for?!?) & when you walk in there are gnats flying around at the bar.
  
  3. They never clean anything with soap. They just wipe the tables down with a wet rag. It's so unsanitary. I wouldn't trust eating off any silverware.
  
  4. The retention rate of staff sucks. They hire new people every week. No one wants to work here because the owners attitude SUCKS!! The management sucks at communicating, when to pick up checks when people are working. The checks are always late and have incorrect amounts.
  
  I've never been so disrespected by a boss and so ashamed of my job in my life.
  This is literally the worst place I've ever been in my life.
